April 22 (转)There is a pleasure in the pathless woods--Lord ByronThere is a pleasure in the pathless woods,
There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is society, where none intrudes,
By the deep sea, and music in its roar: I love not man the less, but Nature more, From these our interviews, in which I steal From all I may be, or have been before, To mingle with the Universe, and feel What I can ne'er express, yet cannot all conceal. From "Child Harold's Pilgrimage", canto iv, verse 178,
by Lord Byron, (1788-1824)
Every word is smooth and well chosen.

There IS a pleasure deep in the bamboo forest.
There is society, where none intrudes.
I love not man the less, but Nature more. TrackbacksThe trackback URL for this entry is: http://nastaciaxyz.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!A6D592A4B18D35E4!883.trak Weblogs that reference this entry
